| GRASSROOTS chronicles the unlikely candidacy of political unknown Grant Cogswell, who decided to overturn a well-established city councilman’s proposal for mass transit in Seattle and expand the city’s small but historic monorail against all odds. Jason Biggs, Joel David Moore, Lauren Ambrose, Cobie Smulders, and Cedric the Entertainer star in this inspiring political comedy.
